On the hunt for console table decor ideas? This is our beach themed foyer table decor!
The home decor kick continues (this is major project number three…..the first was our blue accent wall and I also FINALLY got my home office set up! We’ve lived in our home for a decent amount of time now, and we’re slowly working our way through each area…….truly picking items that fit our style (and budget). This foyer table decor? Honestly was a bit of a challenge for me. We wanted fashion and function. A table with storage, some great art, and a nod to our San Diego location without being over the top.
It took some searching, but I love love love how the foyer table decor turned out!

In terms of furniture, this table was a STEAL and is part of the Studio McGee line at Target. It’s sturdy, matches our black piano that it sits opposite and has drawers for storage (that was a non-negotiable for us). I love the accents on the doors, they add a little flair without being over powering.
Next up? Was the art. We have REALLY high ceilings, so I knew that we’d need a larger piece, and one that brought in the fun of the beach town we live in. This photograph? From Minted (they also framed it for us)……and I love it. I think it adds just a bit of fun, while still being mature and grown up (I mean who doesn’t love a VW van?!?)
We already had these light wood candlesticks (they’re from my friend Lauren’s QVC collection). They’ve been great pieces throughout the seasons, I just switch the candles out. For now? We used some simple off white pillar candles (but I’m considering light yellow ones to match the photograph).
And the smaller foyer table decor accents? I ordered two beach themed books for a small book stack (considering adding more) and then we picked up some smaller items (the compass, letters, and small glass bottles) at Sugarboo during our last visit to Downtown Disney.
I love that we can continue to add to the table decor. Next up? We’re planning to get a decorative bowl and to collect shells from beach trips (local and beyond).
