Looking for Gwynnie Bee Reviews? After months of using the service, this is my full guide to the pros and cons!

I love this forest green sheath dress, super flattering on a pear shaped body!

Let's talk about renting clothes.  For the last few months, I've been sharing my outfits from Gwynnie Bee's clothing rental services.  Over the holidays, I had about a million events to attend.  And my big goal? To not break the bank on clothes. I wanted cute items to wear, without buying something new each time.  And my solution? After checking out a ton of Gwynnie Bee reviews, I decided to try renting clothes for a few trips and holiday events.  Gwynnie Bee was originally launched as a subscription box / clothing rental service for plus size woman.  But in January 2018, they expanded their offerings to sizes 0-32.  As a women with a pear shaped body, I've often struggled with finding a clothing rental company that had a variety of options to flatter my body type…..but this? Was a total success!

Looking for a black and white dress? This sheath dress is SO cute, especially on a pear shaped body!

Gwynnie Bee Reviews: A Full Guide to Renting Clothes

How it Works: I wanted to be sure this was one of the most clear and extensive Gwynnie Bee reviews…..and to provide an full explanation of how it works.  Once you join, you will fill your virtual closet with items you'd like to borrow.  Suggestion? Fill it with MORE items than you are renting.  Because all are not going to be available at all times.  You can mark priority items.  As soon as you are ready for a shipment, Gwynnie Bee will send items from your virtual closet that you selected.  If you are borrowing items for a certain occasion (say a wedding or a vacation), I would suggest ONLY putting items in your virtual closet you'd like for that timeframe.  It's the best way to guarantee you'll get pieces you can use.  Once they've shipped you can select other items for the next time frame!  Shipping is free both directions and if you find something you love you can keep it at below retail price.

Got a pear shaped body? This fit and flare dress is ABSOLUTELY adorable!

Cost:  Your monthly cost will depend on the amount of items you borrow at a time.  Current pricing is as follows:

1 item out: $49 per month

2 items out: $69 per month

3 items out: $95 per month

5 items out: $139 per month

7 items out: $179 per month

10 items out: $199 per month

My personal sweet spot? I like doing two or three items a month.  Remember, you can wear and return and order new items ALL in the same month.  Their turnaround has been pretty quick in my experience…..so you could definitely get at least two rotations in for that price.

Looking for a bridal shower outfit? I love this white boho dress!

Pros:

I have to admit, I'm a pretty big Gwynnie Bee fan.  As someone who loves to wear a different outfit to events and then throws it in the back of my closet, it's given me some great outfits without a commitment.  I love that there are unlimited exchanges and that shipping is always free.  I've found that they are quick to ship more items, and I've saved a TON on dry cleaning since Gwynnie Bee dry cleans all clothes when they are returned.  I love that they have a killer size range and that I've tried out outfits I wouldn't necessary wear otherwise.

Looking for mommy and me dresses? I love these simple grey a line dress options!

Cons:

My only complaint? I would like to see more of a variety of brands.  They do have a great selection, but I find myself attracted to the same few over and over again.  It may be that certain brands are available in certain sizes.  Remember, until a year ago, they didn't stock my size (I wear a size 10)…..so I think they may still be building out the items available for the new sizes in their range.

On the hunt for a Valentine's Day dress? I love this red dress for a date night!Anyone else obsessed with boho dress options? I love the bell sleeves on this brown dress!

Overall? If you're looking for a great way to play with fashion and extend your wardrobe options? Gwynnie Bee is a GREAT service!

🎉HAPPY REOPENING DAY TOONTOWN!!!!!🎉⠀ ⠀ W 🎉HAPPY REOPENING DAY TOONTOWN!!!!!🎉⠀⠀We loved visiting yesterday for a preview of this reimagined area. It’s absolutely perfect for getting your wiggles out, having a picnic and yup……..getting your Disney feels fix.⠀⠀My top recommendations when visiting this new area?⠀⠀1) mobile order from Cafe Daisy…..we loved the pizza options and the cold brew⠀2) play play play in Goofy’s How-To-Play Yard, and inside his house…..⠀3) take the time to walk through Minnie and Mickey’s houses, you’ll probably see a surprise friend or two!⠀4) absolutely yes to the picnic basket from Good Boy! Grocer. It’s a STELLAR price and a really fun experience to pick out your own snacks.⠀5) Mickey’s and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a perfect full family ride. I’d suggest trying for this earlier in the day if you can.⠀6) Keep an eye out for Pete, it’s so much fun to see him wandering the area.⠀⠀#Disneyland #Toontown #Mickey #Minnie #MMRR @disneyland @disneyparks invited guest
✨There’s something in my eye…….oh it’s j ✨There’s something in my eye…….oh it’s just pixie dust.⠀⠀When I think of Lydia’s earliest visits to Disneyland….I think of Toontown. There are people cheering you on…..and you don’t even realize it.I learned a LOT during the 7 months of training for this race. I learned that I should stretch and warm up (thanks pulled muscle for that life lesson), I learned that small progress over time leads to achieving big goals. I learned that sunshine and being outside makes me a happier person. I learned that I’m more of an athlete than I thought I was. But most of all? I learned……there are a whole lot of people in your cheering section and you might not even know they’re sitting there. After I pulled this muscle, I was amazed by the sweet and kind messages while I tried to prepare to run my first 10k with an injury. But NOTHING prepared me for the ovwhelming amount of kindness and support that flooded into my inbox when I crossed the finish line. From the early morning you can do this messages to the ones that came in throughout the race to the inspiring amount of support as I iced my pulled muscle…..it brought me to tears. And the amazing thing? When Jennifer and Lashawn and I found each other at the finish line….they said the same thing. It’s not just me. We all have a cheering section. And wow, do they show up when you may not be expecting them.Got a big goal? Working on something new? Share it in the comments. I’d love to join your support team.#medalmonday #rundisney
