Remember Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants? The movie was about a group of friends, who discovered a magical pair of jeans that somehow looked good on all of them. So here we go, ladies……we are about to start our own sisterhood (just in case you didn’t realize we already had one)……these high waisted jeans will seal the deal. I’m not going to lie, I eye rolled these Madewell jeans. I really did. I saw other bloggers sing their praises, and I figured…….they couldn’t be THAT great. A few weeks ago, I was meeting a friend for lunch at the local mall in our new hometown…..and had a bit of time to kill afterwards. Madewell was having a sale, so I popped in. In all honesty, I was wearing a dress and needed pants to try on with the shirts I was interested in. I figured, I’d debunk the myth that these high waisted jeans were the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Can you see where this is going? I WAS FLOORED. These high waisted jeans fit like a dream. And the more people I asked? The more fans I realized they had. These jeans? Are a must own. I already own the blue denim and now I’m eyeing the black denim version.
