Getting organized for 2020? This Erin Condren Life Planner Review will help you get ready!
Now, I’m not gonna lie…..I love a great piece of tech. I joke that i-calendar holds our marriage together, and I love a great app. But when it comes to scheduling things for this blog, instagram, and future plans? I’m a pencil and paper girl all the way. I’ve been using Erin Condren planners since I started blogging almost 11 years go (I even used their teacher planner in my classroom). I swear by their systems, and I love love love picking out a new planner each year. This year, I made some changes to my layout and system. So this Erin Condren Life Planner Review? Talks about all the new bells and whistles that are available for 2020.
Erin Condren Life Planner Review
If you’re looking for a planner that has both weekly and daily schedule options, then this is a GREAT fit for you. Want to know how I use these sections? I’m hoping this Erin Condren Life Planner Review helps you decide which planner is right for you!
Monthly View: My tips? Are blogger specific, but I have a few options. For me? I use the hourly section to plan out Instagram and Blog Posts. I color code them by topic (using the BEST erasable pens on earth). It helps me to get a sense of the month as a whole. Am I posting too many bathing suit pictures in a row (as if there is such a thing, ha)? The holidays are coming, have I planned to include some holiday products we love? Or tips for Disneyland Christmas?
If you are NOT a blogger, I actually use a SECOND Erin Condren Life Planner to keep our family calendar in order. We all know that I’m a notorious overbooker, so this is the best way I can keep down time on the calendar. Birthday parties, family visits, it’s all in the monthly view section.
Weekly View (Hourly Version): This year, I switched my weekly view to an hourly version and it has been LIFE CHANGING. Now that I don’t have a regular teaching schedule, I was having a pretty hard time feeling productive. I was all over the place. The hourly version has helped a TON. I sit down the night before, and write out an hour by hour plan for my day. Laundry? In the hourly version. Emails? Scheduled. And it’s crazy how much it has helped me. At the end of the day, I can look back and see WHAT I’ve done plus make adjustments accordingly.
Focused Collection: Now, I love a good colored planner. But this year? Erin Condren is offering another option for those minimalists in the room. The Focused Collection is clean and simple. You get the same great organizational options with streamlined designs.
