Mamas Mantras is a series of mantras for busy mamas, who need a little zen and positivity in their days. A new version of a mother's prayer, these mantras are a way to unite mamas everywhere and remind us, we're all in it together!
Ok mamas. I wanted to start something fun around here. Motherhood is amazing, fun, and….let's be honest, a little chaotic. I often find myself in the eye of the storm these days (hello threenager stage) and I'm not sure whether I should laugh or cry. So, here's the deal. That's the moment I reach out. To my friends. To YOU guys. And I wanted to create a fun way to reach out to each other AND to thank all of you.
Enter Mamas Mantras. A couple times a month, I'll be sharing a new Mamas Mantra (basically a mother's prayer or phrase) here and on social media. It will be available as a cell phone wall paper and a desktop wall paper for your computer. Just a fun way to remind us during those crazy moments…..that we aren't in this alone. If you'd like, you can share the mantra on social media using #mamasmantras or just keep it to yourself on your phone.
Super Mom. We say it all the time right? It's a compliment to call each other Super Mom. I'm guilty of saying it too. But the reality is, none of us is Super Mom ALL the time. If I'm being honest, I'm rarely super. And here's the thing. THAT'S OK. My job isn't to be super, my job is to be MOM. IT's a great thing to remind myself on days when I'm beating myself up over temper tantrums or too much screen time or the fact that I didn't shower AGAIN. I just saved this wallpaper on my own cell phone…..and I'm pretty sure I'll be glad it's there.
