Hubby and I have been trying to plan fun date night at home ideas. When Sweet’N Low asked if I’d like to share a series of low cal seasonal beverages….the answer was a way too enthusiastic YES! So…..welcome to a fun new series. Every Friday night we are testing out different cocktails…..and the best ones will be shared here. Thus, the mommy juice title. Not gonna lie, this might be my husband’s favorite blog project yet.Our first Mommy Juice experiment was this delicious Skinny Pumpkin Pie Martini…….and it was a total success. After experimenting a bit with the milk to vodka ratio…….we perfected this fall drink recipe. And the best part? Low on calories, and big on flavor!
Skinny Pumpkin Pie Martini:
2 1/2 to 3 ounces of vanilla vodka (a double shot)
5 packets of Sweet’N Low
4-5 tablespoons of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of skim milk
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Pour. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
