Now, y’all know I LOVE a great bathing suit. I believe that wearing a great fitting swimsuit will change your whole outlook on wearing them, and one of my favorite things to do around here? Is to find new swimsuits that y’all love on YOUR body as much as I love them on my pear shaped body…..to me, a huge part of my own body positivity journey has been taking the time to truly find pieces I love that make me feel my best. Swimsuit anxiety is a real thing, and I truly believe that taking the time to find a suit that makes you feel beautiful is really important.

If there is one brand that I get asked about every time….it’s Summersalt Swim (and their other pieces as well). This insta-famous brand has a stellar reputation, and every year I see more and more fans of their swim pieces. So this year? I finally tried it ALL. Did you know that Summersalt makes more than swimsuits? They also make pajamas, coverups, dresses, activewear and loungewear. So I decided if I was going to try Summersalt Swim, I needed to try it ALL.

Summersalt Swim Suits:
The Ruched Sidestroke (size 12): This suit? FITS LIKE A DREAM. It’s super flattering with just a bit of compression, and I love love love the one shoulder top of the suit as a fun alternate to traditional shoulder straps. Medium booty coverage, and comes in a variety of prints and bright colors. I love the star print that I got, it’s so much fun! They also released this in a lovely floral print in collaboration with Rifle Paper co. If you love a one-shoulder look, then this is a great new suit option for you! This is one of Summersalt’s most popular styles and comes in both regular and long-torso styles so that you can find the perfect fit for all body types.
The Tie Waist Backflip (size 12): Looking for a classic style that you’ll wear year after year? No wonder the Backflip is Summersalt’s top seller and one of their most popular suit styles. It’s adorable, comfortable and comes in really fun cold colors and unique color combinations (I love that the waist tie is functional and adjustable). This suit has medium bust support and soft cups in the top.
Summersalt Cover Ups:
The Palazzo Pant With Ties (size large): These are a GEM of a find. I’d seen a few of my favorite fashion bloggers raving about these Palazzo pants as a great coverup and casual summer outfit option. And man, were they right. These pants are super comfy and great for pulling on over a suit or wearing with a simple tank. Warning, they do run a bit big. I’m normally a large in bottoms, but I probably could have gone down to a medium for these. If you’re looking for fun coverup options for your next vacation, these are a GREAT choice!
Summersalt Clothing:
The Cinched Waist Caftan Dress (size medium): this dress? Such a surprise favorite. I wore it to brunch over the weekend and got SO many compliments. It’s a great, non-wrinkly fabric so would be perfect traveling and feels super comfy!
The Silky Flutter Sleeve Dress (size medium): Warning, this will be in regular rotation as one of my favorite Disneyland outfits. I love love love the polka dots, and it’s perfect for dressing up or down. Belt totally detaches, so you can tie at a place that you love.
The Softest French Terry Jogger (size large): Listen, if you are looking for a LUXE, comfortable sweat suit…..then these pants are for YOU. They’re amazingly soft, and come in really fun colors and prints.
The Softest French Terry Puff Short Sleeve (size medium): I love a puff sleeve, and this top? Adds a little extra pizazz to the joggers. Yes, these pieces are an investment. But, I have a feeling I’ll be getting a LOT of use out of them.
The Cloud 9 Silky PJ Shorts Set (size large): Looking for comfy pajamas? For either yourself or as a nice gift? These are…..LOVELY. Just lovely. They’re soft and comfortable and wash REALLY well. I’m trying to hold back from ordering another pair! They come in fun, bold colors and I would suggest as a great gift idea for a new mom or girlfriend.
Summersalt Activewear:
The Do-It-All High Rise Biker Shorts (size large): Now, we all know I love biker shorts. They’re perfect for workouts or at home wear with a comfortable tee. So I was VERY curious to see how this pair would measure up. The verdict? I love that they’re high waisted, and they’re a great price point for higher end biker shorts.
The Softest Tencel Short Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt (size medium): The most basic item in everyone’s wardrobe? A great t shirt. And this one? Oh my gosh, it’s a gem. The fabric is thick enough to hold up nicely and hold it’s shape and it’s JUST long enough without being tunic-like. I got it in the pinot color and now? I’m about to order it in white as well!
