Looking for the Best One Piece Bathing Suits Target Carries? These suits are flattering to both your pear shaped body and your wallet!   Looking for the Best One Piece Bathing Suits Target Carries? This crochet one piece is PERFECT for a pear shaped body and a GREAT price!

I know, I know…..we all love Target.  But Target Womens bathing suits? Finding flattering one piece swimsuits that don't break the bank can be TOUGH.  I did a little research, and tested out a TON of the cute bathing suits Target just released.  Well, hold on to your hats ladies (especially you pear shaped body types)…..because I found some GREAT ones and at these prices? You can snag them all!

The Best One Piece Bathing Suits Target Carries for A Pear Shaped Body

A few tips for any bathing suits for a pear shaped body:

  • you want to draw the eyes upward, towards your neck and shoulder….a fun neckline, lace, a brighter color, and embellishments will do the trick
  • find pieces that fit well and hug your curves, baggy suits or loose tops don't flatter a pear shaped body, you want to accentuate that small waist and midsection
  • try different fabrics to see what hangs best on YOU

Kona Sol is the newest swimsuit line from Target, and I was SUPER excited to try on a few of their pieces.  The line is created to be figure flattering, and focuses on the idea that every body is a beach body ( I know, a collection after my own heart).  It's the collection that has been getting a ton of buzz on social media because the models GASP have stretch marks and the amazing team behind the advertising photos chose to not photoshop them out.  I was so hoping that the pieces I tried would live up to the hype….spoiler alert…..they absolutely DID.  Out of all the Target Womens bathing suits I've tried throughout the years, these are my favorite.

Looking for the perfect black swimsuit? This one piece from Target is ADORABLE!

Women's Bow Tie One Shoulder One Piece (size large): I love love love the bow detail on this suit.  It's adorable on anyone with wider hips and does a beautiful job of drawing the eyes upward.  It has GREAT support, cup inserts and a clasp in the back.  It's perfect for a day at the beach with kids (everything will stay in place) and has decent booty coverage.  If you're looking for a cute black suit, this is gonna be your new favorite.  I tried the large, and it was a LITTLE loose.  I potentially could have squeezed into a medium, but I felt more comfortable in the larger size.

Women's Crochet High Neck One Piece Swimsuit (size large): I mean, who doesn't love a great crochet bathing suit? And this one, is a pretty great dupe for one of my favorite high end swim suits.  It's super comfortable on, has good support, and I love that the crochet gives it a little edge, while still being something I would wear at the beach or pool with Lydia.  It has a clasp in the back, and stayed put really well.   I found this one to be pretty true to size, I tried a large and it fit perfectly!

Have you tried any of the new One Piece Bathing Suits Target just released? What are your favs?

I read a older post from you on your thoughts on wearing a bathing suit. I almost wept. I so get your nerves. I am 67 years old and the last time I was comfortabe wearing one I was 21 yrs old. A long time to live without resolving those issues, I would say.
You impressed me and I got my bathing suit on and just looked in the mirror. I realized that, while I am not a size 5 anymore, I am not bad! I kept wanting to see that little, cute girl in my bathing suit. That won’t be happening, that is for sure.
I am going to the Cape with my daughter and my 2 grandchildren on Monday and by gosh, I am wearing the bathing suit with pride. There will be NO hands placed strategically to cover my tummy. I was going to buy a cover up to bring but I changed my mind.
Thank you for what you said. You unlocked a key that I didn’t even know I had locked. You are amazing and I am grateful.

🎉HAPPY REOPENING DAY TOONTOWN!!!!!🎉⠀ ⠀ W 🎉HAPPY REOPENING DAY TOONTOWN!!!!!🎉⠀⠀We loved visiting yesterday for a preview of this reimagined area. It’s absolutely perfect for getting your wiggles out, having a picnic and yup……..getting your Disney feels fix.⠀⠀My top recommendations when visiting this new area?⠀⠀1) mobile order from Cafe Daisy…..we loved the pizza options and the cold brew⠀2) play play play in Goofy’s How-To-Play Yard, and inside his house…..⠀3) take the time to walk through Minnie and Mickey’s houses, you’ll probably see a surprise friend or two!⠀4) absolutely yes to the picnic basket from Good Boy! Grocer. It’s a STELLAR price and a really fun experience to pick out your own snacks.⠀5) Mickey’s and Minnie’s Runaway Railway is a perfect full family ride. I’d suggest trying for this earlier in the day if you can.⠀6) Keep an eye out for Pete, it’s so much fun to see him wandering the area.⠀⠀#Disneyland #Toontown #Mickey #Minnie #MMRR @disneyland @disneyparks invited guest
✨There’s something in my eye…….oh it’s j ✨There’s something in my eye…….oh it’s just pixie dust.⠀⠀When I think of Lydia’s earliest visits to Disneyland….I think of Toontown. I think of Minnie’s House and meeting Mickey and playing next to Goofy’s House. I think of the adorable landscape and the magic that the area creates for the youngest and the young at heart.⠀⠀✨Today we visited Toontown for a sneak peek before it’s reopening tomorrow…..and yup, that pixie dust definitely got in my eye. More than once.⠀⠀Toontown is even more magical than it was (partially thanks to the addition of a cold brew on the menu at Cafe Daisy (good call Disney food and beverage team). ⠀⠀✨My favorite moments from today’s sneak preview?⠀1️⃣ we saw Pete. He’s even better than I’d hoped.2️⃣ I love love love the food options in Toontown! Highlights: the picnic basket snack option Good Boy! Grocers, the cold brew and a delicious gluten free fold over pizza (regular looked great too)3️⃣ the new play areas are amazing! Goofy’s How to Play Area is phenomenal and filled with a ton of new interactions. ⠀Happy reopening Toontown. Can’t wait to see you again real soon. ⠀⠀Have you visited Toontown? Are you planning to come see all updates?⠀⠀#Disneyland #Toontown #Mickey #Minnie #MMRR @disneyland @disneyparks invited guest

There are people cheering you on…..and you don’t even realize it.I learned a LOT during the 7 months of training for this race. I learned that I should stretch and warm up (thanks pulled muscle for that life lesson), I learned that small progress over time leads to achieving big goals. I learned that sunshine and being outside makes me a happier person. I learned that I’m more of an athlete than I thought I was. But most of all? I learned……there are a whole lot of people in your cheering section and you might not even know they’re sitting there. After I pulled this muscle, I was amazed by the sweet and kind messages while I tried to prepare to run my first 10k with an injury. But NOTHING prepared me for the ovwhelming amount of kindness and support that flooded into my inbox when I crossed the finish line. From the early morning you can do this messages to the ones that came in throughout the race to the inspiring amount of support as I iced my pulled muscle…..it brought me to tears. And the amazing thing? When Jennifer and Lashawn and I found each other at the finish line….they said the same thing. It’s not just me. We all have a cheering section. And wow, do they show up when you may not be expecting them.Got a big goal? Working on something new? Share it in the comments. I’d love to join your support team.#medalmonday #rundisney
