A few weeks ago, a special invitation landed in my email inbox. A friend of mine was flying in from New York to host a special dinner here in LA. Like any good fashionista, my first response was to…….look at their website. And honestly? I was pretty impressed. The Perfect Sundress for a Pear Body Shape

So, the best part of this event? Cabi sent over a few of their summer pieces for each of us to wear to the dinner. Now, if you were following along on my Instagram stories……I had the HARDEST time choosing a dress (I was picking between THIS one and THIS one). I asked y’all for opinions. And the response was OVERWHELMING. You all picked this stunning blue dress…..and I have to admit….you were right. It’s literally the PERFECT sundress for my pear body shape. This dress follows all the tips for dressing a pear body shape that I shared earlier this week. It draws attention up towards my shoulder (with that adorable neckline) and flares beautifully at the hips.

From amazing cocktails to engaging conversation…..my experience at the first installment of Cabi Conversations was top notch. I loved hearing about the principals their company was founded on……valuing relationships over all else and empowering women.
