Anyone else looking for great smoothie recipes you can make each morning? These are some of my FAVORITE Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes!
Let’s talk easy breakfast ideas. The truth is, whatever your morning routine looks like…..I can guarantee it’s hard to find time to make a hearty and healthy meal. I know it’s one of my biggest struggles. So for me? Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes are a perfect fix. When I’m in an especially big hurry? I prep the ingredients the night before, put them in my blender pitcher, cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge overnight. That way, I just take out of the fridge, blend and serve.
If you’re looking to expand your smoothie menu…..these three options are on constant rotation in my house.
Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes
There are a couple things I keep on hand for easy smoothie making.
- A great blender: making regular healthy breakfast smoothie recipes will definitely test the life of your blender. My top recommendation? A Vitamix. Everyone SWEARS by their quality!
- Frozen Fruit: For me? Frozen fruit is a super practical option for making smoothies in a pinch. You don’t worry about the fruit going bad and it actually blends into a better smoothie anyways!
- Protein Powder: I love to keep extra protein powder or collagen powder on hand to add to smoothies. It’s perfect to give them even more nutritional value!
Now, the recipes…..
