Looking for the best Peleton Rides? This is the ultimate guide to the best spin classes available for Peleton members.
You guys asked for it……so here we go. In May, I convinced Robbie that we (like everyone else) needed an at home spin bike. As much as we wanted a Peleton, the bikes felt pricey. So after a LOT of research, we ordered an alternate spin bike and I decided to participate a Peleton app user (you can see all about the bike I got for a third of the price and how I use the app here).
One thing I can tell you, whatever bike you are riding…..you will fall in LOVE with Peleton’s cycling classes. Peleton instructors are top notch, highly motivating, and my favorite part? Extremely empowering and positive. I love that they remind you how strong your body is, and that they encourage you to honor it. It’s right up my love your body in every state alley!
How to Find Specific Classes:
There are a couple easy ways to find specific classes.
On a Peleton Bike: On the actual Peleton bike, when you click classes, a search section will pop up. You can type in the name of a class or partial name.
On the Peleton App: One of my LEAST favorite parts of being a Peleton app user? There isn’t a search option. You can search by instructor, and then sort by date but it takes….awhile.
The Easiest Option: I’ll be updating this post regularly as new rides release, and I’ll include a link to each class. If you click the link, you can bookmark the classes from your desktop login. Then they’ll show up under your bookmarked classes in the app!
30 min Speak Up Ride (TUNDE OYENEYIN, 6/3/20): This is the class that made me FALL IN LOVE with Tunde as an instructor. She leads the class through an amazing and inspiring conversation about changes we all need to make and it’s……epic.
Sundays with Love: There are two full seasons of Sunday with Love and it’s worth doing them ALL. Ally Love leads riders through a ride that focuses on a particular attribute, and it’s…. a VIBE. I’m hoping that Season 3 is in the works.
XOXO, Cody: Teachers…..you need to take ALLLL The XOXO, Cody classes. They’re school themed and they’re hysterical.
The Best Peleton Rides: Artist Series
Year of Yes Series: Half therapy and half ride? The Year of Yes series created in partnership with Shonda Rhimes is amazing. I’ve found these to be lighter impact, and perfect for a lighter workout day!
