It’s officially beat the heat season around here. By noon each day, I’m looking for anyway I can to cool off. And while I may not be sipping on this deliciousness during Lydia’s naps alone on weekdays…..it was PERFECTION while hubby and I watched the sunset this weekend after her bedtime. This pineapple mango rum punch is pretty much a vacation in a glass!
Sweet, but not overpowering (thanks to the grapefruit juice)……and based around Captain Morgan’s amazing pineapple rum…..yup, this will be on repeat all summer long.
- 2 1/2 cups mango nectar juice
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 6-8 jiggers of Captain Morgan pineapple rum
- 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and chill with ice.
