The weather is warming up, and peach season is about to begin. Dreaming about summer peaches, I was inspired to make this delicious peach mojito! Perfect for summer cocktail parties, porch sitting, and summer bbqs……this sweet drink is easy to make, and tastes like summer in a glass (or mason jar).
I whipped this summer treat up with the help of Cruzan's Peach Rum…….it added the perfect kick to a simple peach mojito!Peach Mojito
4 jiggers of Cruzan Peach Rum
1/3 cup of peach juice
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cup club soda
splash of lime juice
mint leaves
Instructions:
Combine rum, peach juice, sugar, club soda and lime in a cocktail shaker. Shake gently.
Muddle mint leaves.
Place muddled mint leaves in a glass over ice. Pour liquid.
Serves two.
Enjoy!
