I’m starting to dream of warm temperatures and fruity drinks, so this Blueberry Moscow Mule Recipe was the perfect grown up fruity drink recipe. Super easy to make, and somehow…..tastes even more amazing when drank out of a copper mug!
Blueberry Moscow Mule Recipe
This is so easy to throw together but is definitely an impressive drink to share. Blueberries are ideal for pairing with ginger beer and vodka. While I prefer using fresh berries in season, you can always find great blueberries in the frozen food section that make this possible year round.
combine blueberries, sugar and 1 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan
bring to a boil, allow to boil for 8 minutes
lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes
strain the syrup and allow to completely cool

Bundaberg Ginger Beer is a favorite of mine for this Moscow Mule Recipe, but you can use any favorite ginger beer available. Ginger beer is a non-alcoholic beverage so you’ll find it located next to the soft drinks in your market.
