Ok, real talk. You guys…..I have no time to go shopping. It's really getting ridiculous. Between work, mom life, and you know…..trying to get some sleep, those lovely weekend shopping trips from pre-baby days? They just don't happen. Or when they do, Lydia is usually with me…..so they're not exactly the right time to try on 50 pairs of jeans. One of my New Year's resolutions was to do a couple things a week that just, made me feel pretty. Enter Stitch Fix. You've heard of them, right? I mean who hasn't?
Stitch Fix is absolutely perfect for those of you who resolved to feel better about your appearance, style, wardrobe, or just to make sure you get a little pick me up every now and again. So what is it? A personal styling service. Who doesn't want cute clothes on their doorstep once a month that were picked especially for them? How does it work? You sign up, and fill out an EXTENSIVE profile. In fact, you can even link to a Pinterest board that shows outfits you love! You can specify if you need sweaters, tshirts, jeans, jackets…..or if you're attending a certain event. On the day you selected, a box with five items magically arrives at your door. If you're like me, you'll use nap time to play dress up. You keep what you love, and return the rest (with no charge for shipping).
So I wanted to share a little bit about what I got in my fix. These jeans. Yup seriously. I have no idea how she did it, but my stylist sent me the PERFECT pair of boyfriend jeans. I have the hardest time finding jeans that fit and don't cost a million dollars. And these? I'm impressed. This cardigan? It's one of those things I'd never pick for myself, but I love it! The color is stunning, it's soft, and it's perfect for work!
I also received a polka dot dress that was really flattering, but not quite my style. In addition they sent a really cute trench vest and a blouse that I loved! Four out of five, not bad!
So, after reading my Stitch Fix review you want to try it…..right? Well….perfect timing. I'm teaming up with Stitch Fix
to give one of you a $100 gift card. So you can buy pieces from your first Fix for free!!! Scroll down, and enter away!
To enter……head over to Stitch Fix
and sign up for an account (how else will you spend your winnings?).
Welcome to Let it Shine…..the new, revamped Funday Monday! After two years….we decided to rename our link up to something we felt would be a better fit. Thus, Let it Shine! Why the name? Because we want this link up to be just that…..your chance to let it shine. We'll be sharing our favs here each week and on social media……

I would love a yellow crossbody bag for spring!
I need more fitted shirts – things that make me pretty, lol!
I’d love a navy and white print dress for spring!
I would like tunics and a good fitting pair of jeans. I love stitch fix, well what I have seen of the reviews. Thanks so much.
I’d ask for nursing friendly tops 🙂
I love Stitch Fix! I haven’t gotten a fix for a while but I just signed up for a box to be delivered next month. I’m wishing for a cozy cardigan and a cute skirt.
I think I’d ask my stylist to send bottoms for work – something along the lines of printed pants, or colors other than black or grey. I’d like to keep branching out with new styles, instead of the same old neutral bottoms.
some nice fitting jeans, some colored jeans, some Shift dresses, anything that make me come out of my normal cute tee shirt and jeans and cardigan uniform! I need a nice black blazer too.
I have been wanting to try stitch fix because I would love to see what they send me….
some cardigans and tunics
I’d love a new dress and some flats that are beautiful and comfortable!
I would love my stylist to include cute tops that could double as casual wear and layered for work! I’ve been wanting to try Stitch Fix FOREVER but can’t seem to convince myself (or my husband) to spend the money on a subscription. This would be my “in”! 😉
I love Stitch Fix! I received that same top in my first box! 🙂 If I won, I might ask for that pink cardigan, I love it! 🙂
I would ask her to send me that one pair of “must have” jeans!
I would ask for cardigans and a new cocktail dress!
Wow! I can’t believe you received jeans that fit sooooo well! Score! I love jackets, but I seem to have enough of them- so I’d probably want to try things outside of my comfort zone like skirts and sweaters. I love the idea of trying on a piece I’d never choose and falling in love with it- like you did with that yummy cardigan!
Ps: I totally hear you on the loss of shopping trips. I’ve had to ask for Daddy to take over on the weekend so I could go get new pants. Toddlers just don’t love changing rooms. 🙁
I love dresses and blazers!
I would love a new jean jacket and a cute tee shirt dress for the spring
I would ask for some distressed jeans and statement necklaces for spring!
Id ask for a dress for an upcoming wedding I am to attend and jeans I love jeans!!
I would ask for various tops. That’s what I’m most lacking in my closet.
I would love a new black dress!
Tunics! Sweaters and blouses!
Something cute, comfy, and nursing friendly!
Also, I can’t get my Facebook link to work. Facebook says it bad, and nothing shows up when I do it manually. Sad day.
I would probably ask for some cardigans and dresses! My challenge is finding dresses that I can breastfeed in easily.
I would get black pants and a plaid shirt in black/grey/white or green/blue/black colors.
dressy sweatpants for work!
I have been thinking of ordering Stitch Fix for a few months now. I love your cardigan and jeans. Plus red is my most favorite color. I could use some new long cardigans and I need a pair of BF Jeans so that’s what I would get. Thanks for a great giveaway.
I’m always on the lookout for cute non-iron dresses so I’d ask that they send those.
What a cute outfit! I’m shocked they fit you in jeans!! I also have the toughest time finding ones to fit.
What a great Stitchfix find and giveaway!
i don’t know if I would ever be able to use this service, I just LOVE the thrill of the hunt!
