Have you had the Peanut Butter and Jelly pizza at Goofy’s Kitchen? This copycat recipe is just like the real thing!
Ok, let’s talk Disneyland food.Ā We’ve been making a lot of it at home lately.Ā From our magical churro donuts to this peanut butter and jelly pizza recipe, it’s been fun to try to replicate our favorite Disneyland recipes.Ā Now let’s be honest, it’s not exactly the same as a Disneyland character dining experience…..but it’s still fun.
Goofy’s Kitchen is always one of my recommendations for a must visit spot at Disneyland.Ā This character dining experience is inside the Disneyland hotel, and it’s the only character dining experience that is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Ā It’s a ton of fun (and kids always love seeing Chef Goofy’s adorable kitchen when they enter the location).Ā The characters dance, there is great music, and a variety of food options.Ā They’ve got some great adult food (I love the salmon). And one of their specialty items that I can guarantee is always a hit with the entire family? PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY PIZZA.
I’m gonna warn you….this is half dessert pizza and half delicious meal pizza.Ā Whatever way you slice it, or eat it….it’s AMAZING.Ā I wish I could say I made this recipe just for my six year old, but truth be told…..I’ve been missing this treat as much as she has!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza Recipe
< inspired by the dessert pizza at Goofy’s Kitchen >
Pro Tip: this works best with seedless jelly and smooth peanut butter
Ingredients:
For our No Yeast Pizza Dough:
1 tsp honey
warm water (1 cup)
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
For toppings:
smooth peanut butter
strawberry seedless jelly
Tools:
Directions:
- Prepare No Yeast Pizza Dough (click here for directions)
- Bake dough without toppings (on the pizza cooker we baked it for about ten minutes)
- Allow pizza crust to partially cool
- Spread peanut butter over the crust (it’s the “sauce” for this pizza)
- Allow to cool before adding the jelly topping (trust, it’s the BEST part of this dessert pizza)
- Fill a small squeeze bottle with strawberry jelly (if it seems a bit thick you can heat it up in the microwave for about thirty seconds to soften it)
- draw a spiral onto the pizza with the strawberry jelly
- Use a butter knife to draw a simple pattern into the jelly, start at the outside and gently trace a line to the center, repeat all around the pizza
