Avengers fans……ASSEMBLE! If you love Loki, then you know what is coming.
Are you ready? June 9th is a BIG day for Avengers fan. First? We got to finally open Avengers Campus. And now? Disney+ is joining the welcome party with the all new Loki series. The new series is watch party ready with 6 50 – 60 minute episodes. But my question? Do you have to be a Loki fan to watch the series? Did you need to watch all the movies first?
Is Loki on Disney Plus A Stand Alone Watch?
So the question…..if you’re not an epic Loki / Marvel fan…..will you enjoy the series? Short answer YES. I’ve watched the first two episode of Loki on Disney+ and I can tell you, epic fans and new to Loki views alike will LOVE this series. Of course, if you’re a Loki superfan, this is NEXT level. You’ll love the references, you’ll love the visit with your favorite misunderstood character……and you’ll want to watch and rewatch to be sure you catch every Marvel Easter Egg. But new to Loki? This series takes place AFTER the ending of Avengers: Endgame in an alternate version of event. I will say, pay CLOSE attention to the first two episodes, especially if you aren’t AS familiar with the storyline. They’ll get you up to speed and ready to watch the rest!
I can guarantee, the first thing you’ll want to do after watching Tom Hiddleston in this iconic role? Is to go back and see more of Loki. So prepare for some epic movie nights in between episodes!
