Run Way or No Way: Built In MESH sports bra?!!?Listen, the young runner girlies wear the all the cutesoutfits and running accessories but......I’m a 47 year old not super fast or slow runner. I need things to function.I’d seen a lot of chatter about this new tank top from Athleta (it’s the Endurance tank with a built in MESH sports bra) and figured it was a love or hate situation. I expected to hate it. The verdict? After 7 miles (technically 8.5 since I took a wrong turn but that’s another story for another day)....I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. I’d say this is an A/B cup situation. There IS support but with a larger bust, you may not feel it’s enough. For smaller busted runners? This is a fun warm weather option.Wearing:-Athleta Endurance Built-In Bra Tank in size medium-Elation Ultra High Rise 7” Short in size medium (I know these weren’t the focus but fit perfectly and DO NOT BUDGE)What brands and items should I try next?!?

AHEM: YES, THERE IS A LULULEMON OUTLET IN SAN DIEGO!!!Send this to your mom friends so their broke besties can get lulu for back to school.I’d heard VERY LITTLE about the Lululemon outlet in San Diego....so we decided to check it out for ourselves.The tea: 📍Las Americas Outlets in Chula Vista💕They did have a lot of leggings, shorts, sports bras and tanks, but not all lengths or sizes in each item or color🪞There are dressing rooms but only 4, so the line is long. If you already know your sizes in lulu items, you can skip trying on in store.💰There are bundle deals (ie two pairs of shorts or leggings for less) and thats where you save the most🛑Everything is final saleWe found a two cute things and they were a pretty good deal......so worth it? I thought so! It reminded me of going to the Esprit outlet in the Bay Area with my mom before school each summer. We had to dig and search, but found some treasures!

Run Way or No Way: Mission Cooling HatListen, the young runner girlies wear the cutest outfits and running accessories but......I’m a 47 year old not super fast or slow runner. I need to be comfortable.I’ve used Mission cooling towels during races, and when I saw that they have cooling HATS? I had to give one a try. The cooling powers are activated by water (just like a cooling towel) so.....when you sweat while you run? It keeps working. Honestly I was a doubter but yay science. This is DEFINITELY a hot weather must have. Wearing:Mission Cooling Performance Hat What brands and items should I try next?

And just like that…….summer break is coming to an end. Mixed emotions right?!! Not looking forward to the early alarm but….I think we all need to get back to our routine.
