Is it even a complete Disney Alaska Cruise if you don’t meet Mickey in his Alaska exclusive outfit?!!?The key info: Mickey and his friends appear in their special Alaska outfits for the first time on Glacier Day during each Alaska sailing. The times will be in the app in advance. There are multiple appearances throughout the day and we DID see them in their outfits again on days after this but indoors. If you want that iconic Mickey Alaska on the deck photo.....this is the moment.A few things to note:- the deck on glacier day is COLD and windy. Bring gloves and a beanie. If it’s windy, wear the beanie to keep your hair from flying everywhere.- they sell hot chocolate and coffee in the line (and you get a special souvenir travel mug) - you can have the cruiseline photographer take photos and a cast member will take them with your phone as well And in absolutely most important to note don’t sleep on this info: Undercover Tourist has some amazing deals on Disney Cruise Line right now including YES Alaska sailings. Travelling with my GLP1 Medication: this was new for me. In the last 10 months, I’ve always been home by medication day or close to it. Our cruise was the first time I would be gone for longer.
