Ok, let’s talk Halloween Time.  We’re kicking off my FAVORITE time of year at Disneyland……..basically from now until January…..it’s the BEST time to plan fun Disneyland Outfits.  From Halloween to Christmas, Disneyland is full of special decor, special food, and it’s so much fun!  A few days ago we visited the Happiest Place on Earth to preview all things Disneyland Halloween 2018……and I had a blast putting together some cute Disneyland Outfits perfect for Halloween Time.

Disneyland Outfits: What to Wear for Disneyland Halloween 2018

Disney Bound Vampirina for Daytime Character Meet and Greets

This year, there’s a NEW character meet and greet that every preschooler is going CRAZY over……Vampirina is officially a resident of Disneyland.  Lydia is OBSESSED, and meeting her was at the top of our to do list.  Now remember, aside from Mickey’s Halloween Party no one over 14 can wear a costume.  But “inspired outfits”? Are perfect for a day long trip to the park.  We took simple comfortable separates to build our Vampirina Disney Bound.

Disney Bound Haunted Mansion for Haunted Happenings

As unexpected as it may be, Lydia’s favorite ride at Disneyland? The Haunted Mansion.  Like most of us, she waits all year for it to be decked out in full Nightmare Before Christmas glory.  And it was the first thing she BEGGED to do when we arrived for the Disneyland Halloween 2018 event.  When Shop Disney released these Haunted Mansion tees, I knew they were must buys (and bonus, Lydia’s glows in the dark)!  If you’ve got a Haunted Mansion nut on your hands…..these are perfect!

Costumes for Mickey’s Halloween Party

Mickey’s Halloween Party is a Disney Halloween favorite, we went for the first time last year and Lydia LOVED it!  You get to trick or treat, see Halloween characters, watch the exclusive Halloween Party Parade and even wear costumes (yup, Mickey’s Halloween Party is the exception to the no costumes over 14 rule…..EVERYONE can wear them)!

Big time bonus this year: with the purchase of a Mickey’s Halloween Party ticket, you receive a three hour bonus visit.  You can enter EITHER park for three hours before the party starts! (remember tickets for Mickey’s Halloween Party go on sale in July each year…….so be sure to put an alert in your calendars).
