Fall Weddings are on the horizon, and we’re talking fall wedding style……from flower girl dress options to wedding guest dress ideas!
Thank you to David’s Bridal for sponsoring this conversation.
With fall comes Back to School, Pumpkin Spice Lattes…..and Fall Wedding Season. For some reason, we have more Fall Weddings this year than we had Spring or Summer. Maybe it’s the climate? I love the idea of wedding with rustic touches and fall accents! I have to be honest, while I love a great wedding….I’m the WORST at planning in advance for wedding outfits (for Lydia or myself).
So, when David’s Bridal offered us the chance to explore fall wedding trends for both female wedding guests and flower girl dresses…..I couldn’t have been more excited. Taking these pictures might have been Lydia’s favorite activity of the summer, these flower girl dresses are now living in her closet and she begs to wear them EVERY SINGLE DAY.
We worked with David’s Bridal to create three different fall wedding looks, all centered around the same wedding guest dress. I love how versatile my dress was, and Lydia loved trying three totally different flower girl outfits. Now, I can’t wait to see which one y’all love!
Blush Flower Girl Dress
Swoon, right? How could you not love this SUPER girly, poufy dress? From the heart cutout in the back to the full tulle skirt, this pink flower girl dress is perfect for a fairy tale wedding. Lydia loved it, and it was WAY more comfortable than I anticipated. We added a blush flower girl wreath and an adorable wooden flower girl basket……and ended up with girly wedding perfection!

Bohemian Flower Girl Dress
Seriously, it’s SO cute, right? For warmer, early fall weddings? This boho flower girl dress is just the cutest. If the bride is wearing a lace dress with a rustic or boho feel? Then this one is PERFECT. It’s VERY comfortable, and can easily be reworn for winter holidays or even Easter (who doesn’t love getting a little more use out of a formal dress?).

White Flower Girl Dress
If you’re looking for a traditional wedding outfit….this white flower girl dress is PERFECT. It actually is sold with a white sash, but we bought a navy blue one from David’s Bridal and switched it out to add a little color. And those heeled sandals? Lydia is OBSESSED. She’s asked to wear them to school every day since we took these pictures. I was shocked at how well she could walk in them!

So my big question? Which fall wedding guest dress and flower girl dress style was YOUR favorite?
I gotta say, they’re all cute but that boho look on Lydia is just angelic! And your dress is gorgeous too my dear! Beautiful ladies! 🙂
I love the heart cut-out, the color, and the tulle skirt of the blush dress – so princess-y. The blue sash with the white dress is a lovely take on a classic!
