Not going to lie, I wasn’t sure this was real until the camera crew showed up at our house 🤣Since we all know I love a good yap session…..thought we’d take this one national. Tomorrow morning (June 7th) I’ll be on CBS Sunday Morning across the country talking about my very unexpected GLP1 experience. There will be medical experts as well but I’m talking all about the feelings, nerves, doubts and how this changed my life. And bonus? This took exactly the length of the school day. Camera crew was packed up and leaving when Lydia got home.

But as I get older and my daughter does too, I value time offline more and more.I’m so thankful to have put systems in place that help me run my business even when I step away from my phone (I’m GASP actually taking a full week offline during our family trip next week).
