Looking for more info on how Stitch Fix works? This guide will answer all your burning questions and give tips about how to get the BEST fixes possible.
I've been using Stitch Fix as a personal styling service since 2013. Yup, that's a long time. And I've been blogging about them for almost as long. I love that this company allows me to find pieces that I love, supports women who can work from home, and has continued to grow!

What is Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix is a shop at home option. You get the benefits of working with a stylist, without leaving the house. It's a service that delivers five items at a time to your house so that you can shop them without setting foot in a store (and bonus, you'll find cute items you may not have tried on your own)!
How Does Stitch Fix Work?
In case you aren’t already familiar with STITCH FIX…….a bit about the service: STITCH FIX is a personalized styling service that sends five pieces (including accessories if you choose)to your doorstep. The great thing? When you join, you fill out an extensive styling profile. Your Stitch Fix Stylist selects five pieces or accessories based on your preferences. You can request certain items or even ask for options for a specific event (like a conference or vacation). You choose how often you get a fix (for me it’s usually once a month). In the comfort of your own home, you try on all items and build your own Stitch Fix outfits using your box and items you already own. Then you keep what you love, and send back the rest…..and all with free shipping! There is a $20 styling fee, but you can use that $20 as a credit towards any of the items you keep. And YES, you can set a price range you feel comfortable with.
Want to know how to cancel Stitch Fix? You can easily cancel or change your delivery frequency on the app. I've taken time off (months or even a year) with no charge or penalty.
How Much is Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix prices totally vary based on YOUR preferences. You can set a price range for your items, and then as you receive each Fix and give feedback, you get to mark whether an item was in price range for you. That way, you totally control your Stitch Fix cost. For example, I tend to be comfortable paying more for denim or shoes, so my stylist and I have communicated about that via feedback.
If you are on the hunt for a Stitch Fix Promo Code, feel free to reach out to me, they have them fairly often and I usually have the current one. But one great option is the Stitch Fix Style Pass. If you are offered this, TAKE IT. Stitch Fix normally has a $20 styling fee per delivery (then that fee is applied to the cost of any items you keep). But the Stitch Fix Styling Pass? Allows you to waive that fee FOR A YEAR.
Does Stitch Fix have gift cards? They absolutely do have Stitch Fix gift cards, and they're a really fun way to treat your friends or family (I'm a huge fan of giving them to pregnant friends so that they can utilize Stitch fix maternity).
Stitch Fix Returns & Exchanges
Are Stitch Fix returns and exchanges possible? ABSOLUTELY. I get asked all the time if you can you exchange sizes on Stitch Fix, and you totally can. Love a pair of shorts, but want a size up? You can mark exchange in the feedback and easily ask for a different size!
Where Does Stitch Fix Get Their Clothes?
Are Stitch Fix clothes new? They are ABSOLUTELY new, and Stitch Fix is constantly sourcing new brands to add on to their collection. Some Stitch Fix brands even make exclusive items ONLY for Stitch Fix, you can see a full list of the brands they carry HERE.
What Type of Clothes Does Stitch Fix Have?
Stitch Fix has expanded a ton in the last few years, and offers it's styling services for just about everyone.
Stitch Fix Plus offers ups to size 24 and 3X. Robbie loved testing out Stitch Fix Men recently, and Lydia even uses Stitch Fix Kids on a regular basis. They send GREAT staple kids pieces that we both love. Stitch Fix Maternity is a great gift for newly expectant friends…..and the perfect way to pamper pregnant women.
Can I Call Stitch Fix
While there isn't a Stitch Fix phone number, the Stitch Fix customer service team online is SUPER responsive. You can fill out a request with any issues, and I'm always impressed with how quickly they answer.
