STITCH FIX REVIEW NOVEMBER 2016: WHAT I LOVED, WHAT I’M KEEPING, AND WHAT YOU SHOULD REQUEST (PLUS A GIVEAWAY)!
Hello November! Man, I can't believe it's time already…..but I'm dreaming of pumpkin pie and warm layers. If you read last month's Stitch Fix Review, then you know I've been feeling a little less than enthusiastic about my fixes. So this month, I requested some pretty specific stuff. I wanted great pieces for fall layering, and a pair of pants that easily went from day to night (spoiler……I KEPT IT ALL)!
In case you aren’t already a Stitch Fix nut…….a bit about the service: Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service that sends five pieces to your doorstep. The great thing? When you join, you fill out an extensive styling profile. You can request certain items or even ask for options for a specific event. You choose how often you get a fix (for me it’s once a month). In the comfort of your own home, you try on all items. Then you keep what you love, and send back the rest…..and all with free shipping! There is a $20 styling fee, but you can use that $20 as a credit towards any of the items you keep. And YES, you can set a price range you feel comfortable with.
So…..what did I get in my November Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix Review November 2016
Skies are Blue Keeva Plaid Back Pullover (size medium, $58, kept): I love love love the details on this sweater. The plaid back? Adorable. It's super soft, and fits really well!
Patrons of Peace Silverman Bell Sleeve Tunic ( size medium, $58, kept): This top is what fall dreams are made of. The color? The cut? It's super flattering, washable (such a win)….and goes with pretty much everything. Sorry if you live in LA and see me in this top a million times in the next few months.
Lila Ryan Liza Skinny Jean (size 10, $98, kept): Serious props. I find jeans I love just about never. And these? They fit like a dream. Ladies, if you've got wider hips and a smaller waist? These are for YOU.
Bay to Baubles Nixen Pave Detail Cuff ($28, kept): To be honest, I wouldn't have kept this if I didn't LOVE everything else. But, since you get a 25% discount for keeping all five items? It's mine. It's cute, I've worn it a ton…..it just wasn't a total must have.
Skies are Blue Emira Faux Fur Collar Knit Vest ( size medium, $68, kept): Oh hey fall staple. Who doesn't love a pop of faux fur? This vest is adorable with dresses or jeans and a tunic. And the length? Perfect for hiding the results of well, holiday eating.
