STITCH FIX REVIEW DECEMBER 2016: WHAT I LOVED, WHAT I’M KEEPING, AND WHAT YOU SHOULD REQUEST (PLUS A GIVEAWAY)!
Can you BELIEVE we are talking about December? I'm dreaming of holiday parties, hot chocolate and twinkling lights. Last month's Stitch Fix was a total home run, and I have to admit….I was over the moon excited to get this month's. Keep reading for the December stitch fix review!
In case you aren’t already a Stitch Fix nut…….a bit about the service: Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service that sends five pieces to your doorstep. The great thing? When you join, you fill out an extensive styling profile. You can request certain items or even ask for options for a specific event. You choose how often you get a fix (for me it’s once a month). In the comfort of your own home, you try on all items. Then you keep what you love, and send back the rest…..and all with free shipping! There is a $20 styling fee, but you can use that $20 as a credit towards any of the items you keep. And YES, you can set a price range you feel comfortable with.
One thing I love about Stitch Fix? It makes an amazing holiday gift……a Stitch Fix gift card? The perfect way for loved ones to pick out EXACTLY what they want! If you are anything like me…..a Stitch Fix gift card is at the top of your list……..so be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom because I'm teaming up with some of my fellow Stitch Fix lovers to giveaway a $1,000 Stitch Fix Gift Card!
So…..what did I get in my December Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix Review December 2016
RD Style Jasen Poncho Pullover (size medium, $78, kept): This sweater? My newest obsession. It's the perfect length. Those sleeves are attached, and I just layered a light tank under it. In cooler temperatures, you could easily wear a thermal underneath. So cute, right?
Le Lis Audrie Knit Lace Dress (size medium, $74, kept): I was hoping I'd receive a not too expensive holiday dress in my fix……and this one? Totally fit the bill. It fits like a dream and is classic enough to keep for years to come!
Bancroft Alton Hammered Oval Earrings ($28, kept): Simple gold hoops? Something I didn't have, and something I needed….plus you can't beat that price!
Daniel Rainn Lamira Woven Detail Knit Top (size medium, $58, returned): This shirt sort of underwhelmed me. The color? I loved. The fit? Was ok. But it just didn't seem excited enough to justify the price.
41 Hawthorn Abrianna Longsleeve Knit Cardigan (size medium, $48, returned): I have to be honest, this cardigan was my least favorite thing I've gotten in awhile. It wasn't very flattering. I'm also not a big cardigan person.
