This year, DOLE has partnered with FOOD SHARE and Feeding America to help alleviate hunger by donating and education. This year, DOLE plans to donate 1.5 million pounds of healthy food to Feeding America through a buy one, give one program with Kroger.
In addition to amazing donations and programs to support local families in need, DOLE teamed up with Chef Jamie Gwen to create recipes perfect for families on a tight budget. These simple recipes use DOLE products in delicious ways without costing an arm and a leg, and they're even perfect for serving to groups at the food banks that DOLE is supporting.
