“Oh, theres no place like home for the holidays,
Cause no matter how far away you roam,
If you want to be happy in a million ways
For the holidays, you can't beat home, sweet home.”
-Perry Como
I've been waiting in anticipation for the premiere of this mama / daughter style series……knowing that the first installment was going to be a blast! I've teamed up with three other stylish mommies to feature mommy and me outfits. Between us, we have 6 babies, a million sleepless nights, 4 awesome blogs, and somehow we all manage to look presentable (most of the time). We span the country, deal with different climates, and varying schedules. I love seeing how each of us brings our own individual style to our themes.
As we began planning this series, I've gotten to know each of these mommies….and we've become a bit of a tribe. They're amazing, strong, passionate women who are doing life with a little extra style. I am honored to team up with them, and encourage you to check out how each of them styled their little one for the holidays!

/ Sandy a la Mode / Coconut Robot / Chasing Davies / Lipgloss & Crayons /Dressing for the holidays, always a challenge right? Do you want to be comfortable? Conservative? Functional? I feel like the holidays are a time to have fun with fashion! I mean, how many times am I going to dress Lydia and I in white tulle? Both of our skirts are actually dresses, that I layered to wear as skirts. I wanted to combine casual tops (Lydia's tee and my moto jacket) with our adorable boots from Rack Room and whimsical white skirts. I love the result! These boots? Totally versatile, which is a huge win in my book. They were the perfect winter touch to our dressed up, holiday outfits….but dress down with a pair of jeggings and sweater. In fact, they inspired the whole outfit…..while browsing Rack Room's website in preparation for this series……I fell in love with their boot selection. Every cool weather boot trend? There! Then I decided I wanted to try an out of the box way to style our boots and booties, and here we are!
