Infinitely Loft: How it Works

This post may contain affiliate links. Purchasing through them helps support this website. This post may also contain items gifted for consideration.

On the hunt for a great clothing rental service? I tried out Infinitely Loft, and I'm sharing a full review plus details on how it works!

Obsessed with clothing rental services? The new subscription box from Loft is called Infinitely Loft and it's a killer price! This is a full breakdown of the service with pricing, options, sizing availability (they have plus sized clothing, petite clothing and maternity clothing options)!

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a clothing subscription box junkie especially the ones that offer rental subscription options.  When it comes to trips and events, there are so many items I wear once or twice.  I often want a special and unique piece for those experiences, but I don't love the idea of constantly buying items for one use.  Enter……renting clothes from brands I love.  I'm all about trying out different options, and when I heard that Infinitely Loft was launching…..I knew I had to try it.  I'm a huge LOFT fan (see half my wardrobe for proof), and this box……checked all the boxes (pun intended).

Infinitely Loft: How it Works

Overall: Infinitely Loft is a customer curated rental subscription.  There is no stylist, you are your OWN stylist.  Meaning, you pick items YOU want to rent (with the option to buy them at a discounted rate if you love them).  Infinitely Loft is available in straight sizing, petite, plus size and maternity clothing (pretty cool, right?!!).  You'll begin by signing up, and adding a minimum of 8 items to your virtual closet.  You can choose from any category and new clothing arrivals are added each week so that you have a ton of options.  If there are particular items you'd like to receive first, you can flag them as priority (I got all three of my priority items in my first box).  As you return items, you'll give your feedback on them.  Did it fit well, did you wear it once or a million times? This will help to tailor options that you are presented with in the future.

Once you've finished wearing your items, you return all at once with a prepaid shipping envelope.  When the shipping label is scanned and starts it journey home, you'll be able to receive your next set of items.

Price: Infinitely Loft costs $64.95 a month (that includes unlimited exchanges).

Number of Items: You'll receive 3 items at a time (from your closet).

How Often Can You Return / Swap: Swaps are unlimited.  As long as you have enough items waiting in your virtual closet, the minute your return is mailed back…..you start the process of receiving 3 new items.

What I Got in The First Box: My goal was to try a few items I could wear over the holidays, and all three items I selected fit the bill.

These are the original items I received (and how much it would cost if I kept them).

You can shop them directly here if anything catches your eye:

On the hunt for the perfect plaid dress? This option is perfect for winter outfits or even for a simple Christmas dress!

Plaid Split Neck Dress (size medium): This dress is a classic.  I feel like it's something I could wear for years, and easily dress up or down.  I would definitely rent it again and am considering keeping it.Looking for a mature babydoll dress? I love the subtle leopard print on this one!

Leopard Print Swing Dress (size medium): This dress was a pleasant surprise.  I loved it WAY more in person than I thought I would.  It's super comfortable and versatile.  I'm considering keeping for the discounted price.

This red jumpsuit is the perfect casual Christmas outfit!!!

Velour Jumpsuit (size large): I have to admit, this was the item I wasn't so sure about.  It's SO SO SO comfortable and absolutely perfect for the holidays.  I mean, hello it looks like something Santa would wear.  This was a rental item, not a keeper for me.  It feels pretty seasonal, and I know I'll wear it a handful of times before Christmas but probably not a ton after that.

Things to Consider: A few things I noticed, which I think are worth considering.  Every item that Loft sells is not available for rental.  I felt like there was a good variety, but it wasn't everything.  Also, it seems obvious but…..these clothes will have been rented to other people.  Did they seem worn down to me? No.  And I'm pretty used to clothing rental options (I've used Gwynnie Bee and Rent the Runway in the past).  But, I do know that some people feel uncomfortable with that.  Just something to ask yourself before starting the service!

The Verdict: If you love Loft clothes, then I think that Infinitely Loft is worth every penny.  I do love their clothes.  And I love that it's a brand I trust, and a brand where I know my sizing.  That makes it easy to decide on items I know will fit and flatter my pear shaped body perfectly.  I love that there is great variety of sizing options, and I do like that I have the option of keeping the clothes I really like.  The return process is simple and user friendly.  Plus, I think I'll get great use out of the service.  As someone who goes to events, and wears certain items once or twice? It helps me to save money on clothes I won't wear a ton (plus consider the fact that you'll usually have to dry clean those clothes, which adds up quickly).  All in all? It's a win for me.  I'll definitely be continuing to use the clothing rental service!

Have you tried Infinitely Loft yet???

🚗 Road Trips……Which one are you?⠀ ⠀ Thi 🚗 Road Trips……Which one are you?⠀⠀This weekend we flew to Sacramento and then road tripped north to see my family up in the mountains. It was so much fun to spend time together, and it reminded me….we are ALL one of these people on a toad trip.⠀⠀Bonus points to the VERY nice road trip vehicle we had…..the team at @MazdaUSA lent us a 2023 Mazda CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus and it was AMAZING (it even had a wireless charging dock for our phones). It made my snack stops even better (yup, we tried Dutch Bros for the first time and OMG we need them to expand to more Southern California locations ASAP).⠀⠀So, which are person are YOU on a road trip? ⠀⠀#familytravel #drivemazda
….and also why are we commenting negatively abou ….and also why are we commenting negatively about people’s appearances in 2023?Double also: if the worst thing people on the interwebs can say about me is that they don’t like my smile…..then I feel pretty good about what type of person I’ve chosen to be.
💕Because we all want our kids to soar………⠀⠀So fitting right? Elvis named this plane after his daughter. And all I’ve been thinking about throughout our St Jude experience…..is how certain things truly bond all of us. Certain things cross economic barriers and continent and language differences. Parenthood is one of those. It’s a universal experience. And I think whether we are parents or role models or aunties or friends……we all know what it’s like to dream and hope on behalf of a child in your life.⠀⠀In 2012, when I was newly married and not yet a parent one of my students was diagnosed with cancer. Without revealing details about her or her family, I think it’s important to recognize that economic barriers prevented what should have been an earlier diagnosis. It was one of many times I was reminded during my time with the amazing humans in my classrooms that…..we do NOT all have the same access or experiences in life. That student and her family were one of the miracle stories. In fact, when she came back to class, she complained about missing soccer games at recess and fell right back in with the rest in a way that to this day brings joyful tears to my eyes. ⠀⠀I said this on my stories during my trip, but…..I didn’t realize until this experience that families at St Jude NEVER receive a bill. Ever. No matter what. That this access gives families hope during their darkest days.⠀⠀I’m going to be teaming up with St. Jude to do a fun challenge that will hopefully inspire y’all to support them too. Let’s just say that…..for this scared of heights, refuses to take my feet off the ground theme park girlie……I’m going to making the ultimate sacrifices.⠀⠀What rides would you want to see me go on in support of St Jude? (be kind, I’m literally TERRIFIED of any and all rides that have a height limit). You know they REALLY moved me if I’m even thinking of doing this! ⠀⠀@stjude #stjudeambassador
💕Double tap if you know what the Peabody is fam 💕Double tap if you know what the Peabody is famous for…..so many of you guessed it in stories last night!🦆The Peabody Hotel is famous for their duck parade. And we got to see it as a part of Day 1 of the St Jude Content Creator Summit. I’m in Memphis to learn all about how St Jude is doing life saving research to fight and cure childhood cancers.💕Real talk: I get to do a lot of fun things because of this little app but projects like this? Are an absolute honor. Did you know that patients at St Jude NEVER RECEIVE A BILL? What a gift to families in crisis. I’m so happy to share this next couple of days here in Memphis with y’all and to support such an important organization.🦆Now, swipe to see the ducks. @stjude #stjudeambassador
She IS Ariel. We saw it. It’s a gift. This s She IS Ariel. We saw it. It’s a gift. This stunning movie shows a princess who is absolutely……royal. Graceful. Brave and……the perfect mermaid. Years ago, I was sitting in the theater during the live action Lion King premiere just days after the Little Mermaid casting was announced. And in walked Halle Bailey. This young girl and all I could think was……how much weight of the world was on her shoulders. The room paused. And people everywhere stood. They applauded her and smiled and I thought…..she really is a princess. Halle, you are the epitome of royalty. Thank you for sharing your shine with the world.I would love to encourage you to follow these amazing creators who have been shining themselves and sharing a ton of special Little Mermaid experiences:@jenniferborget @erikaenchanted@davidvaughn@_the_adventurous_rjay@colormemagic@melizzablackLydia’s, Robbie’s and my full review of the film will be on the blog Monday morning. How excited are you for the film?
