It's totally travel season! These travel accessories, are beauty focused MUST PACKS (and things that we almost always forget to bring on trips).
This travel accessories post is sponsored by Olay Daily Facials.
I'm not EXACTLY sure how this happened, but I have five trips scheduled over summer vacation this year. Yup, FIVE. We've got a big road trip coming up, and I have a couple trips on my own. By August, I'll have visited San Francisco, Monterey, Disneyland, New York, Nashville and Las Vegas.
Honesty, I'm about the worst packer you've ever seen…..so this post is partially for self-preservation. The more I travel, the more I realize that I constantly forget the same items (remind me to tell you guys about the time I forgot to pack UNDERWEAR on one of our family vacations as a teenager). While I remember to pack clothes, and the BIG items…..there are always beauty items and travel accessories that I wish I'd packed. This list of five travel accessories I WON'T forget to pack this summer is a must save……….you'll be happy you remembered each of these make your life easier products!
5 Travel Accessories You'll be Glad You Packed
Beauty Must Haves and Facial Cleanser for Easy Travel
Eye Mask: For the first time EVER, one of my trips involves a red eye flight. I'm a LITTLE nervous, but trying to prepare as much as possible. If you want to guarantee that you'll be able to sleep while traveling…..an eye mask is a HUGE help. Some hotel rooms don't block light as well as others!
Facial Mist: Travel can wreak HAVOC on your skin. Airplane piped in air is super drying, and will leave your skin looking as tired as you feel. Bring a carry on sized bottle of facial mist and apply throughout a flight…..it will leave you looking refreshed (even if that red eye is a nightmare).
Dry Shampoo and Conditioner: Different climates can be hair cryptonite. Be sure to pack dry shampoo and conditioner to refresh hair in between washes. Bonus tip: spray some of that dry shampoo into your roots before boarding the plane…..it will keep your hair feeling more fresh.
Aloe Vera Gel and Sunscreen: Anyone else been a victim of sunburns on vacation? Prepare in advance. Bring your favorite sunscreen. I also always bring aloe vera gel, if I'm in the sun more than usual I apply it each and every evening. It can prevent slight sunburns and sooth skin that has been dried out in the sun. Olay Daily Facials: Game changer alert. Seriously, these Olay Daily Facials are AMAZING. I use them all the time, and they're PERFECT to pack on vacation when your skin takes a serious beating. These magic cloths? They're water activated and super easy to use. No joke, under a minute. From running them under the faucet to rubbing up a slight lather, to removing makeup (even around my eyes) and rinsing……it takes about 45 seconds. And the crazy part? They are SO good for your skin. This 4-in-1 formula cleanses, gently scrubs and exfoliates, tones and hydrates. You know what that does to tired mama skin? Makes you look like you got a little more sleep on vacation.
Why are these a travel must have? I hate bringing a huge skincare regimen and a ton of makeup. The healthier your skin? The less makeup you'll need to pile. These will meet your needs, in one simple product. Oh, and it's a GREAT price.
