Here we go. I’m starting Weight Watchers. Now, before you all write something about how “you don’t need to lose tons of weight”…….I’d like to address why I’m joining. No, I don’t need to lose TONS of weight. I would like to lose a little. But, to be honest…….I just haven’t made my own health a priority in the last few years. I do workout. I don’t eat total junk. But I’m horrible at planning meals, and most days end up just eating totally random food. My energy is low, and I drink WAY too much coffee.
Weight Watchers is one of the most balanced health and nutritional programs I’ve ever used. It encourages long term change, realistic eating habits, and slow progress. It measures food in points, so that you can use your allotted points throughout the day. You also get extra points called Flex points, and earn more points for physical activity. Healthy foods (like my dreaded veggies) are low in points or even free of them!
Infuser Water Bottle: Weight Watchers encourages a TON of water each day (which I’m pretty much the worst at)….the best solution I’ve found? A water bottle that infuses the water with fruit….it helps a TON!

Kickboxing Videos: Consistent workouts will help to see progress. These ten minute kickboxing workout videos are my favorite, because you can do one on a busy day or select a few to combine into a longer workout!
