Did you know that last week was National Sauvignon Blanc Day? What better way to celebrate than with a delicious Mint Pineapple Sangria?!?
Thank you to The Crossings Winery for collaborating on this post.
I know, I know. I haven’t posted a drink recipe in a REALLY long time. I sort of took a break from them. After the holidays, I felt like I needed a cocktail intervention. Now that warm weather is on the horizon, I’ve got light summer cocktails on the brain. Plus, let’s be honest……most mamas could use a cocktail after a long day. RIGHT?
This easy mint pineapple sangria is crisp and refreshing….plus has just the right hint of summer fruit.
Mint Pineapple Sangria:
1 bottle of The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc (this DELICIOUS wine has hints of citrus and tastes amazing!)
5 cups of pineapple Juice
3 cups club soda
dash of grenadine
crushed mint leaves
- crush a handful of mint leaves and deposit in bottom of a large pitcher
- Add The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc, Pineapple Juice, Club Soda and Blue Curacao
- Chill for a minimum of 2 hours
- Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves
