Thank you to Minted for partnering with us to create this Easter Table.
“Um…..they know you’re not crafty, right?” Yup, that was my husband’s response when I mentioned that I was working on an easy Easter Table post for the blog. Confession time…..I am definitely not crafty and creative. Notice there aren’t a whole lot of cute projects here? It’s cause they tend to look like, Lydia made them. Lucky for me…..this post involves EASY easter decor.
Did you know that Minted carries home decor items? These pillows, this adorable table runner, the bunny napkins, and even the fabric that I used to cut the placemats? All from Minted! Minted is one of my favorite places to buy cards because it is treasure trove of original work. Minted houses the work of independent artists…..and now they also carry fabrics and home decor pieces designed by independent artists as well. The only creativity I needed to channel for this adorable Easter Table? Mixing and matching. I picked two prints that I loved ( Bun Bun Fun by Sequana Studio and Sketchy Herringbone by Stylisti) and ordered particular items to be made with each. Yup, I requested napkins and a table runner. I also requested pillows, and extra fabric to create table accents. And the best part? I can switch out one print or the other! So after Easter…..we’re keeping the Herringbone print and adding a floral print! And my absolute favorite item of all? This milk glass cake plate. The color just screams spring to me! Isn’t it pretty!
