Happy Superbowl aftermath everyone! Am I the only one who thinks the day after Super Bowl we should have the day off of work? I’m not exactly a huge football fan, but I am a get together with friends and eat football FOOD fan. And a day of recovery is needed after that. And, speaking of parties…..Lydia seems to be having a no nap party this weekend. What’s that about? Our normally stellar napper? Just didn’t take one all weekend long. What age do kids stop napping? I certainly hope it’s not now, cause this mama needs naptime! Now, let’s talk about kimonos. I’m obsessed. They’re versatile, easy to wear, flattering, and a must have piece for every closet. And this floral one from Lula Roe? I’m a little embarrassed to admit how many times I’ve worn it. With jeans, leggings, over a simple dress……yup, it’s great with EVERYTHING!
Love Lula Roe as much as I do? Check out the other pieces I’ve styled:
Today I’m teaming up with my friend Sandy to show you how versatile this adorable Monroe kimono is. From LA’s sunny days to Utah’s chilly winter…..it layers perfectly. Be sure to pop over to her blog to see exactly how she styled it (I love this easy to wear winter look)!Welcome to Let it Shine…..the new, revamped Funday Monday! After two years….we decided to rename our link up to something we felt would be a better fit. Thus, Let it Shine! Why the name? Because we want this link up to be just that…..your chance to let it shine. We’ll be sharing our favs here each week and on social media……
