Well, it’s official. Our toddler has a SUPER active imagination. A couple weeks ago, I noticed her loading all her dolls into a box and driving it around like a bus. Cute? Absolutely! But it was also a sign that Lydia is ready for imaginative play! Imaginative play is…..just that. A chance for little ones to explore their imagination and creativity. Dressing up, playing with props, role playing……imaginative play is an extremely important part of intellectual and social development.
This huge milestone came at the perfect time, I had just forged a relationship with VIVAIODAYS…..and was working on a project to showcase their stock. VIVAIODAYS is an amazing website with a selection of high end, sustainable products for young families. When you shop the site, you help the earth and families worldwide. Of every $10 you spend on the site $1, pays for a day of school education, meal and healthcare (a ViVAiO DAY) for a child in Africa. I know, it’s awesome right?
VIVAIODAYS has an amazing variety of products…..but my favorites? Some great toys to support imaginative play! Lydia is absolutely obsessed with her new play kitchen and food props! They also have an adorable play ice cream shop, a play workbench, and a model Noah’s Ark. Looking for even more ways to give back? Vivaiodays is also doing a promotion where they are selling a family pack of 4 t-shirts for $70! Of that $70, $30 goes towards one month of education for a Vivaio Child.
Thank you to Vivaiodays.com for collaborating on this post.
