Thank you to World Market for sponsoring this post. #WorldMartketTribe
I've been WAY too excited about sharing these pictures with you guys! And if you're one of my in real life girlfriends coming over on Saturday……I can't WAIT for you to see this set up live and in person! When we moved last July, I was over the moon about the fact that we had a backyard. I envisioned summer cocktail parties and bbqs. I couldn't wait to shop for outdoor decor, and to create a beautiful outdoor dining space. Then, fall came too quickly…..and we never really got around to decorating. That outdoor dining space? Well, at least we got a table. For the last year……our outdoor dining space has looked like this…………
Not bad. Just boring. While I loved the table and the lights we had…..it certainly didn't scream fancy outdoor living. So, this is the first week of my summer vacation…..and it was the perfect time for a project. I decided that I needed to head to World Market, and to bring my vision to life! What did I want? Bright summery colors and easy serving pieces that would work outside. And man, did I find everything I needed! What We Used: / stools / pillows / table runner / wine glasses / placemats / bowls / trays / appetizer tray /
Stunning right? I can't believe what a difference the pops of color make! Those pillows just scream summer, and the stools? I mean the really make it look like an outdoor dining space instead of just a picnic table. The Sufi serving pieces are ideal for summer meals…..they're melamine (so not breakable)…..and the wine glasses? Acrylic. Yup, no shatter glasses in our yard this summer! A simple table runner and placemats finished off the whole look…..and our little space is ready for summer parties!
So……here's the part that is awesome for YOU! World Market is teaming up with Porch and Rachel Ray (yes, the Rachel Ray) to give away a pretty amazing prize.
