Remember that time I wasn't prepared for visitors dropping by? Oh wait. That pretty much happens everytime. One of my new year's resolutions was to be prepared. We moved last summer to a house big enough to entertain….so that means I should actually be ready to entertain, right? A couple weekends ago one of my girlfriends was in the neighborhood, and stopped by in the early evening. It was after Lydia's dinnertime, and she decided to stay for a couple hours so that we could catch up. Thank GOODNESS, I stuck to my resolution and the house was stocked with Nestle Toll House Rolled & Ready Cookie Dough. We had a girls' night with delicious last minute thumbprint cookies for Lydia (and us) plus Sugar Cookie Martinis for the grownups after her bedtime.
These easy to make cookies are perfect for last minute company….and adding a sugar cookie martini? Best girls' night ever!
